We have a next day turnaround for photos (including drone and twilight) and Matterport tours. Videos, floor plan, virtual staging, and virtual renovations may take up to two business days, if there are revisions needed they may take an additional day.

Our general service area is between Thousand Oaks, Long Beach, and Pasadena. We often try to schedule these farther out shoots before 2pm as it cuts down travel time significantly.

If you have a shoot you’d like to schedule outside of this area please reach out to us, we may be able to accommodate you with an additional travel fee.

We are able to touch up many things in our photos. Small things like cords, family photos etc are included in the price of your photos. We are also able to photoshop out larger items like couches and cabinets, these things take extra time and can be done for a small fee.

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be done no later than 24 hours. If a shoot is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance we may charge a $50 fee, which will be decided on a case by case basis.

We kindly ask that you reach out as soon as you realize your listing will not be photo ready by the time of the shoot so we can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for your date and time.

Our preferred method of payment is Zelle or Venmo as we do not incur a fee with them. We also send an invoice link with the delivery of photos where you can pay with a credit or debit card.
